Robert Rebussini, CFS, LUTCF, CLTC, CRPC (CRPC conferred by College for Financial Planning.), CSA (CSA conferred by Society of Certified Senior Advisors.)
Wealth Planning Advisor
As a Financial Planner, Bob works with professionals, families, and business owners who face complex financial decisions and want steady guidance during moments that truly matter. He understands that money stress is rarely about investment returns alone; it often stems from uncertainty, family dynamics, and the ability to make choices under pressure. Bob’s role is to replace anxiety with clarity so you can move forward with confidence through life’s transitions.
Bob’s mission is to serve as your long-term financial steward, helping you preserve wealth, manage risk, and thoughtfully shape your financial legacy across generations. He believes the greatest value of financial planning comes from disciplined preparation, thoughtful strategy, and trusted counsel delivered over many years, not one-time transactions or product-driven advice.
Bob was originally drawn to the financial services industry by a desire to help people avoid costly, preventable mistakes. He has seen firsthand how hardworking, diligent savers can still end up worse off when guidance is missing during retirement transitions, estate considerations, or periods of market volatility. Bob steps in before those moments create lasting consequences, providing perspective and structure. It is because of this that Bob tends to become your first call for life’s most exciting, important, and challenging moments.
While Bob’s planning process is tailored to your situation, a defining element of his approach is coordination. He works closely with your CPA and attorney to integrate financial, tax, and legal considerations into a cohesive strategy. This is especially important in estate planning, where Bob helps you move beyond basic documents toward a more comprehensive, multigenerational plan, one that reflects your legal intent as well as how assets are owned, managed, and ultimately passed on. When appropriate, he also welcomes your adult children into the conversation to create clarity, continuity, and alignment across generations.
If you’re approaching or in retirement, Bob incorporates the Lifetime Income ModelTM (LIM) to help structure sustainable income and guide decisions around Social Security, investment withdrawals, taxes, and risk management. Business owners benefit from coordinated planning around cash flow, retirement readiness, tax efficiency, succession considerations, and the eventual transition of ownership, whether that means a sale, internal transfer, or legacy plan. Across every scenario, his focus is on thoughtful preparation and disciplined strategy, so each decision supports both near-term needs and long-term goals.
Beyond Bob’s professional work, he is committed to giving back. He is actively involved with the Phoenix Project, helping provide education, recovery, and reintegration services for individuals returning to their communities after incarceration - work that recently earned him the Bosco Award from Integrated Financial Partners.
Outside the office, Bob enjoys golfing at Alpine Country Club, participating in a wine club, skiing, and practicing Shaolin Kempo, in which he holds a second-degree black belt. He lives with his wife, Carol, and is the proud father of Bobby and Erica, and a grandfather to Bobby III.
